The Hour Haus Studio on W. North Avenue in Baltimore is a 24/7 music space with two recording studios and about ten private rehearsal rooms. The brick building sits on the corner of Howard and W. North. The pieced together renovation seems to be providing space, filling a void and adding noise to the Station North Arts District.
